After many car rides, I began to realize that while the Sleepypod Air is an amazing solution for travel, you need to unbuckle, and reinstall it each time you use it. I found this too much of a nuisance, so started the search for a more permanent solution.

Two of the options I began to research were the Bergan Comfort Sitting Booster (intended for medium dogs) and the Bergan Comfort Hanging Booster (intended for small dogs). What initially attracted me to these, was that Teddy could safely look out the window (which he loves to do), while being tethered to the seat, using his harness, and a clip attached to the car seat.
Teddy actually uses the Bergan Comfort Sitting Booster, even though it is intended for larger dogs. The reason why I chose this one, is that it is attached using the car's seat belt, versus the hanging booster, which wraps around the seat.

I did a lot of research on choosing a safe way to travel in the car with Teddy, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
